This ammunition is manufactured in the USA on high end arsenal grade machines and undergoes a loose visual inspection before packing. Ammunition is loaded using Lake City manufactured .224 diameter (223 Rem or 5.56×45 NATO) 56 grain pull down M856A1 Lead-Free tracer projectiles. These projectiles follow M855A1 trajectory and have hard copper cores and tips, thus these cartridges penetrate better than normal tracers.

The casings are new NATO spec 5.56×45 (marked 223 for export) NEW brass casings. This is a manufacturer for the Turkish government and hits NATO specifications on all its brass. These casings are neck annealed, boxer primed, and reloadable. Primed with mil-spec, 2022 production small rifle primers.

In the loading process, the manufacturer uses only the top-quality powder made by General Dynamics where powder is dropped to +/- 0.1 grain accuracy to ensure the best performance.

What is “Blaster Ammo”? This ammunition is visually inspected in bulk, it is not case gauged nor individually inspected. A small count of these rounds may deviate slightly from typical specifications and may (or may not) contain slightly off-seated projectile or similar minor functional defects, all easily caught when loading your magazine. The inspection labor savings on these rounds is passed onto you! Blaster Ammunition tracers may have light or missing paint on their tips, but typically a majority rounds have painted tips.

Note: This ammunition was made from pull down projectiles and stored in a warehouse from 2022-2025. Buyers should expect to see marks on projectiles from this process. In our testing many tracer compounds ignited but expect to receive rounds that do not ignite.
